Nexvu APM, LLC has assembled a leadership team of highly experienced business and technology leaders in addition to building a luminary board of advisors. Key members include:
Aditya (Eddie) Nath, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nath has over 20 years of experience in building businesses and creating wealth for investors. He is an expert in formulating winning business strategies and implementing them through his unique style of leadership and unparalleled execution capabilities. Mr. Nath holds the Kellogg Management Institute (KMI) certificate in management from the Kellogg School of Business and an MS in Engineering from the University of Michigan after an Engineering degree from IIT, India. Mr. Nath has founded several technology and consulting companies. Prior to founding Nexvu, Mr. Nath was leading a successful IT and Business Process consulting business, which he co-founded, with a team of over 400 consultants engaged in helping fortune 100 companies including Caterpillar, John Deere, ADM, State Farm, Navistar, and Motorola.
Pravin Mishra, Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Mishra is the founder of Pugmarks, Inc., a Naperville based company which has 285 employees engaged in the remote management of Servers, Databases and Networks. Dr. Mishra holds a PhD degree from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. From its hosting network based out of two of their own datacenters of 12,000 sq ft. in Naperville and 22 datacenters worldwide. Pugmarks Inc. currently hosts and manages over 1400 servers. Pugmarks provide managed services and IT infrastructure management, disaster recovery and incidence management to over 5,000 customers. Some notable names are the American Society for Quality, CA, City of Naperville, Bose, Honda, Hyundai, Encyclopedia Britannica and Restaurant.com.
David Bernahl, Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development. Mr. Bernahl completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville and his Masters (MBA) at the University of Dallas. He was an All American football player at Louisville and did a brief stint in the pros. Mr. Bernahl led the East Coast division of Weyerhaeuser Corp specializing in environmental products. Subsequently, he was responsible for the ten Midwestern States for the Walt Disney Distributing Company. He later founded his own diamond trading company called Diamond Marketing International. For the last ten years, he has been funding and consulting for both public and private technology companies. He was instrumental in raising majority of the $12 million investment for the development of Nexvu software for Capital Growth.
William M. Farrow III, Member, Board of Advisors. Mr. Farrow brings significant leadership, management, business development, turnarounds, IPO's, sales, marketing, strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and business-technology alignment experience to the team spanning many industries, including banking, financial exchanges, consulting, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, food and consumer products. He was a co-founder of FC Partners Group, LLC, a firm that offered expertise ranging from 'cultural and strategic' to 'implementation and tactical'. He has always been involved with new ventures that develop new business models and develop 'disruptive technologies' designed to create unique value for business. Before founding FCP, he was the technology leader for the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) as its EVP and CIO. Mr. Farrow is a Corporate Director of CoBank, Inc., Greenwood Village, Colorado.
