Our proven methodology provides you with a short-term “packaged” offering for maximum customer value.
Network and Application Optimization
The Network and Application Optimization service walks customers through the process of identifying, measuring and improving the optimization of their mission critical networks, applications and application environments. This service can be applied to any stage of an applications’ lifecycle, as early as the development phase or after deployment of the application into the production environment.
IT Service Management
The Application Performance Monitoring (APM) service is for customers wishing to implement APM as part of their IT Service Management (ITSM) strategy. NEXVU will work with organizations to define their IT Service Management strategy, determine the appropriate metrics and configure the NEXVU solution to measure, monitor and manage against those metrics.
Installation, Configuration and Training
The Installation, Configuration and Training (ITC) program helps customers quickly achieve results with their NEXVU products. The three day program walks customers through the process of installing their Analyzers, with the proper configuration and provides hands on training that greatly minimizes time to proficiency.
